NAMDEX builds data centers to support operations of a corporate body. Servers, Storage, Switch, Drives and other high end IT equipment areconfigured to communicate and perform specific operations.

Computer and Communication Equipment Supply - NAMDEX Technology is a registered partner with OEM such as CISCO(for communication equipment), HP, HPE and DELLEMC (for Servers, Storage, Computers, Laptops and many others IT equipment)

MANAGED SERVICES

NAMDEX Managed Services simplifies the management of customers’ computing environment, optimize the operations, reduces IT pressure and helps control costs while improving service levels. Our Managed Services applies best practices as defined by the IT Service Management (ITSM) Reference Model, which is based on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Software/Hardware Managed Services and Outsourcing

Our software solution and services provide automation & customization solution for the businesses using software tools sourced from the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as Oracle, SAP, M2M, and Infosys Technology. The hardware and IT Infrastructure solutions of NAMDEX includes the supply, installation and support of the end user computing, enterprise and data center servers & storage solutions, operating and middle-ware systems, Virtualization, Security, High Availability/ Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions as well as support. NAMDEX provides the expertise required in the implementation, support, customization and training on the use of these tools.

Our Service Desk Outsourcing Services could be internal or external to the customers' organization and it is the first point of contact for reporting faults between users and IT Service Management. It focuses on the support of Organizations’ hardware and software related issues within suitable Service Level Agreement, while ensuring that the organization has very minimal downtime whenever an issue occurs.

SOFTWARE SERVICES

NAMDEX deploys a number of third party software from different OEM’s for IT Infrastructure and Communication equipments. To improve our client’s operation performance, we recommend and carry out software upgrade when necessary. Currently NAMDEX is developing few software and this will be launched soonest.
